LCM Welcomes its 100,000th post-Katrina visitor

On Wed., May 2, 2007, Torrance Deary became the 100,000th post-Katrina visitor to walk through the distinctive blue doors of the Louisiana Children's Museum. In celebration of this momentous milestone, Torrance, a second-grade student visiting the Museum on a field trip with Airline Park Elementary School, received a bag of goodies and a complimentary family membership to the Louisiana Children's Museum. LCM thanks Torrance and all LCM visitors for supporting the Museum throughout the years.
